Sport is what we do.
We understand how disappointing it is when you can’t do what you love. Regaining confidence and the physical ability to play takes time - and it can be a confusing process. Getting athletes back to sport is what we love. It’s what we do best. At ASPR, our team specialises in long-term sports rehab, ACL recovery, and return to sport programs tailored to your individual needs.
WHY ATTEND CLASSES WITH ASPR?
We’ve seen a big gap in how healthcare is provided in Tasmania, especially when it comes to sports physiotherapy and post-injury rehabilitation.
Exercises in an app or on a piece of paper - given to an athlete in a rush and without explanation - don’t give athletes the opportunities to ask questions when they need to.

That’s why, at Achieve Sports Physiotherapy and Rehab (ASPR) in Launceston, we provide coached, small group classes - in both the gym and on the field.
These sessions are part of our evidence-based rehab programs for ACL, shoulder, hamstring, and other common sports injuries. Gain confidence in an environment you can trust. No more lost motivation at the start or halfway through the return to play journey. Your individualised rehab training, alongside athletes in the same situation as you, will help to keep you on track. We’ll be your team away from your team!

Field Agility classes
A small-group training program performed on the field with our physiotherapist.
Rather then being given the green light to run or to start agility, and being left to do it alone, we do it differently here. Returning to running can often be the biggest hurdle in a return to play process. Not to mention getting your running form right. We offer the field agility class to ensure athletes are confident they aren’t going through this process alone.

Rebuild Classes
A small-group strength and rehab program held in the gym with our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.
Each 45-minute session focuses on rebuilding strength, movement control, and confidence after injury. With tailored programs and qualified supervision, Rebuild Classes offer the structure and support athletes need to stay motivated and keep progressing toward return to sport.
