WHY rebuild classes?

Rehab doesn’t stop at the treatment table. Our Rebuild Classes are a small-group training program designed to help you bridge the gap between injury recovery and confident return to performance.

Led by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, these sessions focus on building strength, movement control, and long-term resilience - all within a supportive, expert-led environment.

Whether you’re returning from an ACL injury, managing a long-term rehab plan, or simply want structured guidance in your training, Rebuild Classes offer tailored support you won’t get in a standard gym setting.

Small-group training program performed on the field with our physiotherapist. Here’s what you need to know

class DURATION

45 minutes.

SUPERVISION

Run by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who are qualified strength & conditioning coaches.

CLAIMABLE

Eligible for private health rebates.

MINIMUM COMMITMENT

A minimum of 4 classes is required to participate in the program.

CLASS SIZE

Maximum of 10 participants for personalised coaching.

LOCATION

LIFT Gym, Launceston

MEMBERSHIP

Ongoing, with the flexibility to cancel any time after the mimimum commitment is up.

PRE-REQUISITE

Initial gym-based appointment required to review your personalised program and ensure exercise familiarity.

COST

$35 per class, billed via direct debit every Monday.

TAILORED PROGRAM

You’ll receive a tailored program designed to meet your goals. We’ll guide you through each exercise, including proper technique and key focus areas.

MISSED CLASS POLICY

Missed classes are non-refundable (like gym memberships).

CANCELLATIONS

Any class cancelled by ASPR will be fully refunded.

PREFER A SELF-PACED PROGRAM?

We also offer custom strength and agility programming for field or court athletes who prefer to train independently without attending class.

  • 6 Week Standard Program: $68

  • 6 Week Comprehensive Program: $89

These programs are ideal if you want structure and progression, but prefer to train solo or live further from Launceston.
