We train out of Tasmania’s leading high-performance facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology including timing gates, force decks, the NordBord, Dynamo hand-held dynamometry, and Vertec vertical jump testing. These tools allow us to measure what matters most in your sport, giving you real data on your speed, power, agility, strength, and asymmetries.
