Ankle sprains are the leading cause of missed time for basketball players, and they’re five times more likely to reoccur after returning to play. The impact on confidence is often overlooked. Stay on the court and play with confidence.

Pain and stiffness just below the knee cap, within the patella tendon, can have varying impacts on sporting participation and performance. Its negative affects vary from derailing an athletes efforts to dunk, to impacting on the ability to compete in multiple games at a high level over a weekend or week long tournament.
